Getting Started

To get a chatbot built for your website, simply purchase a chatbot plan and complete the onboarding process. Your dedicated account manager will research your company and website, and reach out to you within 24 to 48 business hours to get further information. 

If you prefer to test your chatbot in a staging environment before launching it live on your site, we can create a demo for you to test and access first. Please request a demo from your account manager.

To add your chatbot to your site, take the code that is provided by your account manager and add it before the closing </body> tag on all pages you want it active on. If you’d rather, you can add your account manager as a user to your site to give them access to place the code themselves. Alternatively, you can request your developer to do it, or use a third-party plugin.

Design & Style

We are able to implement a variety of chat icons to your chatbot bubble. We can use your logo, an avatar, or a selection of general chat icons that match your brand.

We select the color of the chat icon based on the design and style of your website. The color is selected to match your exact hex codes, or you can request a different color from your account manager.

Chatbot Knowledge

Chatmatico bots are hand-built by feeding your business information manually into the chatbot database. We can use both publicly available data and also more private company policy to construct an effective chatbot.

If there are any changes that need to be made, simply log in to your account and complete the ‘request changes’ form with any details of changes to be made. Your account manager will get that email and work to update your chatbot for you within 24 – 48 business hours.

Purchases & Refunds

We accept most forms of payment, including debit, credit, check, PayPal, Stripe, and more. Contact us if you have any questions about how to make your payment.

If we cannot build an amazing chatbot that you’re happy with in the first 14 days, we will refund you 100%. It is a lot of manual work done by real people, so anything after 14 days can’t be refunded. Payments made for monthly subscriptions can be refunded in the first 7 days of the transaction.

To cancel your Chatmatico subscription, simply log into your account and select ‘Subscriptions’ from the tabs. From there, simply select ‘Cancel’ and we will cancel your plan so you don’t get charged further. After you cancel, your chatbot will be disabled on your website and you are free to remove the code at any time. Alternatively, you can leave the code in if you plan on reactivating your subscription.
