At Chatmatico, we are committed to your satisfaction with our chatbot services. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are available within the first 14 days of chatbot service activation if you are not satisfied with the chatbot, or we cannot build one that works for your needs.
- To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and a brief explanation of your concerns.
Subscription Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first 30 days.
- Cancellations initiated within the first month will also result in a refund of the one-time setup fee.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- After the first 14 days, the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable.
- The setup fee is only refundable within the first month of service.
International Customers:
- Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by their local jurisdiction.
